eBook: Therapeutic applications of MSCs

Written by Biological Industries

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) are multipotent cells with unique characteristics that make them ideal therapeutic candidates. The huge therapeutic potential of MSCs has led them to become incredibly desirable tools in regenerative medicine. Although there has been an increased demand for clinical-grade MSCs, poor quality control and inconsistent features of MSC-based products are remaining obstacles that need to be addressed.

In this eBook, we explore the translation of MSCs from the bench to the clinic and delve further into optimal culture conditions for hMSCs. We also take a look at the therapeutic potential of these cells for various diseases, including atherosclerosis.
