The noncontact method of 3D printing, developed by NeuroTechnology, utilizes ultrasonic waves to manipulate delicate components. A new method of 3D printing could be utilized to manipulate single cells. Developed by the Ultrasound Research Group at Neurotechnology (Latvia), it utilizes ultrasonic waves to manipulate individual particles with causing any damage, making it useful for biological applications such as bioprinting.
