Xeno-free T-cell expansion in PBS Mini Vertical-Wheel® bioreactor using CellGenix® reagents

Sustaining such innovation requires biopharma companies to solve many operational challenges, particularly in manufacturing and scaling up therapies.

This Application Note provides a protocol for the successful expansion of T-cells to high cell densities under gentle conditions in a vertical-wheel bioreactor, detailing a solution for the scale-up of cell and gene therapies to meet the demanding cell-to-dose requirements and increasing demand for these therapeutics.
