3D printed model used to produce custom stent for 18 month old with pulmonary atresia

Using a 3D printed model of the patient's narrowed pulmonary artery, a Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CA, USA) cardiologist was able to modify an existing stent to repair a baby's artery.
