Breakthrough in the bioprinting of replacement soft body tissues
A new technique utilizing gel particles as a suspending media has been developed, to challenge the issue of the low viscosity of polymers in a liquid state in the printing of replacement soft body tissues. Research published in Advanced Materials describes a technique for the 3D bioprinting of replacement soft body tissues, with a further progress report expected to follow.
