New research looks at the remodeling capacity of MSCs following acute lung injury Pre-clinical evidence concerning the utility of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to aid the treatment of acute lung injury (ALI) has been mounting over recent years, with some clinical trials beginning to run.
