University of Alberta researchers working towards 4D printing

Canadian researchers are using 3D printing technology to print objects which can mimic complex natural mechanisms. University of Alberta (AB, Canada) chemical engineering researcher Stella Mathews and her team are using 3D printing to work towards creating a functional human organ by printing object which are able to mimic biological processes.
