The Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS) is the world’s leading non-profit forum for academic and industrial developments within the fields of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine (TERM).

To accomplish its mission, the Society brings together the international community of persons engaged or interested in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine and promotes education and research within the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine through regular meetings, publications and other forms of communication. The Society also serves as an international forum to promote the informed discussion of challenges and therapeutic benefits of the application of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine technologies.

By organising the Pre-Accelerator Programme (PAP) and Business Plan Competition (BPC) through the society’s European Chapter (TERMIS-EU), we aim to inspire and equip innovative early career researchers in TERM fields and accelerate the translation of their life-changing ideas from bench to market.

This free programme of webinars open to entrepreneurial researchers at all stages of their career. It aims to help participants develop an understanding of the pre-market commercialisation challenges specific to the TERM field. It also allows prospective commercial entities to address previously unaccounted risks and concerns. The PAP will provide the necessary know how for the preparation of a business plan for participating in TERMIS-EU Business Plan Competition (BPC).
