Systematic bioprocessing: achieve reproducible and robust iPSC expansion and scale-up

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) have emerged as a powerful tool for the development and manufacture of advanced therapies. However, their potential is currently limited due to bioprocess challenges in their expansion and scale-up for clinical and manufacturing applications.

In this webinar, we will discuss the available tools and techniques for overcoming these challenges, such as systematic bioprocess design for reproducible and robust iPSC expansion, incorporating a perfusion feeding system for scalable culture of iPSC aggregates and utilization of AOF 3D media to maintain predictable cell growth kinetics, aggregate morphology, and quality outputs.

This webinar was recorded on 13 April 2023.
