Written by Georgi Makin

The collaborative project between CELLINK (MA, USA) and Volumetric (TX, USA) to develop Lumen X aims to overcome challenges associated with bioprinting complex vascular structures in larger, living tissues. CELLINK (MA, USA) has announced a new product for digital light processing 3D bioprinting. In collaboration with Volumetric (TX, USA), a biomaterials and biomanufacturing startup, the Lumen X is designed to enable the printing of large vascular structures. The Lumen X utilizes stereolithography technology and patent-pending bioinks to print high-resolution structures in cell-friendly material and is reportedly compatible with CELLINK's Holograph X, BIO X as well as CELLINK's portfolio of bioinks....
