Researchers have developed a new, more accurate, method to stimulate mouse embryonic stem (ES) cell differentiation with increased expression of LIM homeobox 1 (Lhx1) – a key biomarker. Researchers from ETH Zürich (Switzerland) have developed a novel cell culture protocol that can stimulate the differentiation of mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells – providing a new avenue for stem cell research and development.
