The surgical tool, used to repair cartilage, was developed by researchers from across Australia. The Australian team that developed the BioPen, a handheld surgical device that can be utilized to sculpt personalized stem cell-based implants during surgery, have been named as finalists in the Australian Museum Eureka Prizes.
